I’m Jason Old, a Ph.D. historian, avid surfer, and former professor with over 20 years in academia. Fluent in English and Spanish, I bring a unique perspective to the real estate market, combining my deep knowledge of Central Florida with my passion for surfing.

Having called Florida home for two decades, I bring invaluable insights into the local market, from the Gulf Coast to the East Coast. Transitioning from academia to real estate, I use my research and teaching skills to help clients navigate the complexities of buying or selling a home.

For buyers, I specialize in uncovering hidden opportunities and developing tailored strategies to maximize their investment while staying within budget. 

For sellers, I provide a comprehensive marketing approach designed to generate maximum exposure and achieve the highest sale price, including an exclusive premium listing package.

In addition to my real estate work, I’m a dedicated supporter of the surfing community and the incredible individuals who make surfing accessible while striving to keep our beaches clean and beautiful. I donate 1% of my commission to Florida-based, surf-focused NGOs.
